“ Don't ever let food trucks fool you. Especially this taco truck. Just because it ain't a fancy looking food spot, don't judge a book by its cover. We ordered 4 plates of the #1 & killed it. That consume for dipping was on Citas. I would definitely come back for these cheesy tacos any day I come visit my cousins here in Katy. It was smacking!!! ”

“ #1st time here 1. The entrance - Food truck on the side of a Chevron off Franz Rd in Katy, TX. 2 wooden picnic tables if you want to eat there. 2. The First Vibe - Great! Clean! Backs up to a neighborhood. We did notice upon arrival that it is ONLY CASH. Luckily, there was a gas station with an atm - 2 service fee. 3. Time 2 table - we got this to go - so roughly 10 mins. 4. Menu - simple and small. What to get? Quesatacos with the consome. OMG. The consome is a game changer. 5. Server - no server but the man at the window took our oder. 6. Drinks - they have topo and glass bottled sodas 7. Food - see photos! Larger portions than I thought. I definitely had leftover tacos the next day 8. No dessert 9. Management - Management takes all the credit for the process - service was great and quick. No issues. 10. Cleanliness - Clean. I think some food trucks can get a bad rap for not being clean. But the area surrounding the truck and the quality of our food can attribute to the cleanliness. Def coming back. New go-to food truck spot for birria tacos and consome. “ Stop here to get your mexican food! The tortas are delicious! The bread is soft and toasty. Birria street tacos are so good, the tortillas are flavored and the juice is delicious. They are made to order, so you have to wait a couple minutes. Their prices are too low, but please don't complain! They have lots of choices. They are open evenings and stay open until 11 or 12. They sell michelada mix too. They have music playing and a couple picnic tables. Definitely stop here. ”

“ We got there before they opened because I heard they sell out. It is CASH ONLY, just like most taquerias. The birria tacos is of course what we tried and they did not disappoint. The consome is some of the best I've had, including from my time living in Mexico. Personally I preferred the regular birria over the cheese because I'm not huge on cheese, though the flavor was good. ”

“ I ordered through doordash the first time got delivered to the wrong address (don't blame them since I live in a new community) but once I finally got my order man the food was sooo bomb! I've ordered again a few times and it's been delicious EVERY TIME, I know the people that got my first order ate so good too ... ”

“ We ordered quesbirria with consome, beef and head tacos and one pirata. Everything tasted so good, I am a fan of that pirata! The service was quick, they have a few tables there, but what I have seen most people take out the food. Their drinks are great as well. Definitely worth a try. ”
